Comprehensive rehabilitation of a house, penthouse-duplex, in an emblematic building on Calle Alcalá in Madrid. All the necessary works were carried out, from the initial demolitions, masonry, carpentry, installations, finishes and furniture; adjusting to a very tight term of 8 weeks.
